Getting started on another new gig, Sofia Vergara arrived on the set of "New Year's Eve" in New York City on Thursday (February 3).
Bundled up in a black puffer jacket and black tights, the "Modern Family" babe flew into town the previous day as she readied for her first day of action on the Garrmy Marshall directed romantic comedy.
Due out on December 9, 2011, the film follows "the lives of several couples and singles in New York intertwined over the course of New Year's Eve."
Meanwhile, Miss Vergara was recently doted with teh third spot on AskMen's List of Most Desirable Women.
The magazine said of the decision, "This year she was also nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series. And with boyfriend Nick Loeb considering a run for the Senate, Vergara's giving men a whole new reason to be engaged in politics."
