Pete Wentz may fight Ashlee Simpson for custody
He never wanted to get divorced in the first place, and now Pete Wentz doesn’t want to let his child go, either. �Ashlee Simpson’s divorce petition asks the court for sole custody with visitation rights for Wentz, but Wentz has now filed a counter petition asking the court for joint physical custody.
